Redefining Cocoa Sustainability by 2032

Beyond delicious chocolate, we see the human stories and vibrant communities behind every cocoa bean. We're committed to supporting them, because their prosperity leads to ours.

The steps we are taking towards redefining cocoa sustainability by 2032
150,000 Cocoa Champions

150,000 Cocoa Champions

We aim to provide training, resources, and support to 150,000 cocoa farmers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to adopt resilient and inclusive agricultural practices. This means healthier soil, smarter climate techniques, and efficient water usage - all leading to more productive farms and empowered communities.

300,000 Hectares of Hope

300,000 Hectares of Hope

We embark on a large-scale rehabilitation and replanting initiative, to cover 300,000 hectares of farmland. This isn't just about increasing cocoa yields; it's about restoring vital ecosystems, protecting biodiversity, and mitigating climate change for a healthier planet.

Our Path
Johnvents Trading Outgrower Scheme

Johnvents Trading Outgrower Scheme

Expanding our impact to the northern regions of Kano and Katsina, we initiated the Johnvents Trading Outgrower Scheme. Starting with over 4,000 sorghum and soybean farmers, this scheme encompasses clustering, training, and the provision of critical farm inputs.

Cocoa Farmers’ Scheme

Cocoa Farmers’ Scheme

As part of our commitment to social responsibility, we launched the Cocoa Farmers' Scheme. Our goal is ambitious - to uplift 150,000 cocoa farmers out of poverty by 2032. Through this scheme, we provide not only financial support but also essential training and resources to empower cocoa farmers and build a resilient cocoa industry.

Supporting Our Farmers

Supporting Our Farmers

Our impact extends far beyond our own fields. Our farmer empowerment program covers over 16,000 hectares across Southwest and Northwest Nigeria, supporting sustainable cocoa, sorghum, and maize production. Through a variety of out-grower /sustainability schemes, we provide; seedlings and input contribution, training and mapping, clustering, and critical farm inputs

Johnvents Outgrower Scheme

Our Outgrower Scheme is designed to foster long-term growth in the agricultural sector by prioritizing environmental sustainability. Through the implementation of efficient input disbursement, comprehensive trainings, and robust monitoring and evaluation systems, we aim to drive increased productivity and sustainable agriculture among 6000 smallholder farmers in Kano and Kaduna.
