Our Edible Oil Investment
We are investing in a state-of-the-art processing complex in Nigeria, placing value addition at the centre of our strategy. The facility comprises a 200MT solvent extraction plant and a 100MT palm refining and fractionation unit with integrated bottling facilities.
Positioned close to port and logistics corridors, the complex is designed to reduce raw material exports, strengthen domestic processing capacity, and build integrated infrastructure that connects production directly with consumption. This project supports Africa's broader mandate, processing more, exporting finished goods, and creating high-impact industrial growth at origin.
Feed &Soap
Our whole-crop strategy extends beyond edible oil into animal feed and laundry soap, capturing value from every stage of the crushing and fractionation process. We will participate in both local and export animal feed markets alongside the laundry soap industry, delivering holistic, integrated solutions from a single processing platform.
Water — Fontis
Complementing our edible oil distribution network, Fontis is our water brand, built to reach Nigerian households through the same infrastructure and logistics corridors that move our oil products.
The formal sector water industry in Nigeria is growing at a CAGR of 7%, driven by a rising population and increasing household spending, with the market expected to reach USD 350 million by 2033. Fontis is positioned to capture this growth as a distribution-led, consumer-facing brand within our broader Nigeria platform.
