Our 2025 sustainability strategy is shaped by the material issues identified through our first Double Materiality Assessment, informed by investors, senior management, consultants, and certification bodies.
GHG inventory aligned with the GHG Protocol. Scope 1: 18,324.47 tCO2e. Scope 2: 962.71 tCO2e. A foundation for a data-driven climate strategy and future reduction targets.
In-house Deforestation Risk Analysis system screening all farm polygons. 122,916 hectares verified deforestation-free and fully EUDR-ready.
40,000+ farmers trained in good and climate smart agricultural practices, child and forced labour and gender awareness.
1,074 health and safety training hours delivered. 30% female workforce representation. Grievance mechanism with 100% resolution rate.
Board-level ESG oversight. Anti-Bribery and Corruption policy. ESAP 75% implemented. Active engagement with IFC and BII. Zero unresolved human rights grievances.
Correction: FSSC 22000 certification is available for JVF, PCPIL, and JVI, while NE certification is awaited. Rainforest Alliance, Halal, Kosher, SMETA, and NESREA audits have also been completed. In total, 18 internal and external audits were conducted. i
The Noble Eagle Women Empowerment Programme transformed an oil refining by-product into a pathway to economic independence for 50 women in the Owo community. Within one month of completing five days of soap-making and entrepreneurship training, 82% had initiated home production and 69% were already earning income.

Season 1 generated over 120,000 impressions and drew an estimated 24,000 to 40,000 physical spectators, creating visible and lasting impact in communities connected to our operations.
Share thisEvery year on Children's Day, celebrations fill the cities while children in rural communities across Nigeria are left out. Since 2024, our Children's Day Outreach Programme has brought celebrations, writing materials, and educational supplies directly to overlooked communities. From Kosodu community in 2024 to Arikanki Local Government Area in Oyo State in 2025, we have reached over 500 children in two years, creating moments of joy for children who deserve to feel seen and celebrated.
