Cocoa Liquor
Cocoa Liquor, often referred to as cocoa mass or cocoa paste, stands as the quintessential ingredient for making exceptional chocolates, flavorful beverages, and cosmetics. Natural Cocoa Cake
Natural Cocoa Cake is a sub-product of cocoa liquor pressing. Small pieces of cocoa solids are crushed to make a dense mass with about 10% -12% of cocoa butter. The natural cocoa cake we make has a cocoa taste and aroma along with its distinctive brown color.
Cocoa Butter
Cocoa Butter, also called Cacao Butter or theobroma oil is a naturally derived cream-colored vegetable fat extracted during the process of separating powder and liquor from cocoa beans. Our meticulous processing methods ensure that the cocoa butter maintains its inherent purity and natural properties.
Cocoa Powder
Our cocoa powder is a fine, brown powder meticulously crafted from the defatted portion of cocoa liquor derived from fermented cocoa beans. Our cocoa powders offer a diverse array of fat content, taste, color intensities, and pH options, each of which is unique.
