2014

Our journey began as a grassroots effort to empower smallholder farmers through training, financial support, and access to farm inputs.

2016

This blossomed into Johnvents Consulting Limited, a testament to our dedication and the burgeoning trust of our farmer network.

We transformed into a trading company, aggregating farmers' output and connecting them with reliable buyers, thus laying the foundation for further growth.

2021

We acquired the 15,000MT Coop Cocoa Factory from Olam Group, thus entered the processing arena, vertically integrating our operations and significantly impacting the value chain.

We expanded our trading operations by adding 15,000MT of warehousing capacity across Nigeria, solidifying our role as a vital player in the agricultural landscape.

Within six months of factory operations, we achieved the impressive milestone of 5,000MT of processed cocoa.

We launched the 150,000 cocoa farmer sustainability and empowerment program, showing our commitment to social impact
